Barry Evans has extensive consulting and mergers & acquisitions experience with an emphasis on manufacturing, service and distribution firms with market valuations between $1 and 30 million. His ten-year Wall Street career included Account Executive responsibilities with Dean Witter, followed by regional partnership management responsibilities for Reynolds Securities, Inc. In addition to his role at ASG, Barry has ownership interests in, and sits on the Boards of, a number of privately owned companies with aggregate annual revenues in excess of $23 million. Barry’s educational background includes a BA from the University of Washington, a Graduate Degree from the New York Institute of Finance and the completion of specialized American Banking Association studies at the Wharton School of Finance.
